This was the time devoted to short seminars, personality development programs or the like. Attendance was unceasingly a problem because we did not see the relevance of such seminars. We viewed the activity as a rack up waste of time. When the objectives of the program were explaine d clearly and its importance emphasized to us, everyone became more enthusiastic and attendance greatly improved.
